Do you have a complaint? Via this route you can report your complaint to us:
Register your return via our webshop by logging into your account (see Reporting your complaint). We will contact you about the collection. If we collect the products we will send you a collection order and a SRO reference number that must be added to the outside of the shipment. Your products will be collected free of charge at your chosen address.
If we have agreed with you that we would collect your goods from you or your customer and this has not yet happened please send a mail to email@example.com or call your account manager. Make sure your have the SRO reference number to speed up the process!
