Reporting your complaint

Do you have a complaint? Via this route you can report your complaint to us: 

1. Go to our webshop and log in to your account. 
2. Under ‘My Account’ in our webshop you will find the ‘Returns’ tab on the left-hand side. 
3. Fill in the necessary information and submit your return request. 
We aim to respond to your ‘Return request’ within 3 working days. Please send as many clear pictures of the complaint as possible this will help us process your request faster.
Collection for a return

Register your return via our webshop by logging into your account (see Reporting your complaint). We will contact you about the collection. If we collect the products we will send you a collection order and a SRO reference number that must be added to the outside of the shipment. Your products will be collected free of charge at your chosen address. 

Put the products into the original packaging sealing this so it is ready for the carrier. Do not forget to add the SRO reference number clearly on the outside of the box. This allows us to handle your complaint faster once it has been received back in our warehouse.
Return not collected

If we have agreed with you that we would collect your goods from you or your customer and this has not yet happened please send a mail to or call your account manager. Make sure your have the SRO reference number to speed up the process!
