Yes, that's definitely possible. We even recommend customers to order a sample, before actually ordering a big amount of products.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order a single sample that is printed with your logo. If you are not sure about the chosen product you could always order the sample in combination with a digital test print. When having selected the right product, the picture can saved by clicking on the photo of the product.
De status of an order can be seen under the button "orders". A link with the tracking number will be automatically sent to you from our ERP program.
We don't have a standard delivery time. The delivery depends on what kind of products are ordered, how many, and what kind of embroidery. The average is 3 to 4 weeks, so this is the time you could take into account. If you need any more specific information on the delivery time of your order, be free to contact customer service.
The delivery is done by packet service. Before the sending of the order, we estimate the delivery costs when taking the size into account. We are sending the package to the address that has been filled in by you. If you have a different address than the one you have filled in, please contact us.
We are always trying our best to satisfy the customers. But unfortunately, it does happen that the customers are not happy with the product they ordered. After you have followed the steps under here, we will take care of your return request as soon as possible:
1. Go to our webshop and please log in to your account.
2. On the left side of our webshop there is an option that is called returning.
3. Fill in the information that needs to be filled in and send the request.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. To prevent this from happening, there is a possibility to order a sample and then order the amount that is needed. Items without print can be returned 90 days after purchasing without reasoning.
