I have forgotten my password; how can I ask for a new one?

Press on the button forgot password and fill in the requested information. If the email is filled in correctly, a new password will be sent back to you.

I would like to be a customer at Araco, how can i get an account?

Press on the button create an account and please fill in all the requested information, including company name, country, vat number, etc.

How do I estimate the price of my product?

For every product, there are certain editing options. On this page, you can decide how many you would like to order and how. 

Where can I find the certifcates of Araco?

You can find the certificates on the web page called certificates & environment. Besides that, you could also contact Araco and we will share the certificates.

Can a private also order at Araco?

Unfortunately not at the moment. Our website is designed for companies, institutes, organizations, and/or associations. When ordering products, Araco always asks for company details inclusive VAT numbers. 

 

Is there a minimum of products I have to order?

Yes, there is. The minimum that has to be ordered is different per product though, and also depends on the printing method. While ordering the product, there should be a number that has to be ordered on the product page. 

Is it possible to receive a sample of a product that I would like to order?

Yes, that's definitely possible. We even recommend customers to order a sample, before actually ordering a big amount of products. 

Can I order a sample inclusive my logo?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order a single sample that is printed with your logo. If you are not sure about the chosen product you could always order the sample in combination with a digital test print. Please contact the customer service by mail (info@araco.nl) or +31(0)53 430 52 55

I haven't found a article that I would like to order, are there any other options for me?

How can I order a sample?

You can order the samples on our website, by email and/or by calling us

How can I save the pictures of a product?

When having selected the right product, the picture can saved by clicking on the photo of the product. 

Delivery

What is the status of my order?

De status of an order can be seen under the button "orders". A link with the tracking number will be automatically sent to you from our ERP program. 

What is the time of delivery?

We don't have a standard delivery time. The delivery depends on what kind of products are ordered, how many, and what kind of embroidery. The average is 3 to 4 weeks, so this is the time you could take into account. If you need any more specific information on the delivery time of your order, be free to contact customer service. 

How are the products delivered?

The delivery is done by packet service. Before the sending of the order, we estimate the delivery costs when taking the size into account. We are sending the package to the address that has been filled in by you. If you have a different address than the one you have filled in, please contact us. 

Swap or return

How can I swap or return an item?

We are always trying our best to satisfy the customers. But unfortunately, it does happen that the customers are not happy with the product they ordered. After you have followed the steps under here, we will take care of your return request as soon as possible:

1. Go to our webshop and please log in to your account.

2. On the left side of our webshop there is an option that is called returning.

3. Fill in the information that needs to be filled in and send the request.

 

 

Can I return a printed item?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. To prevent this from happening, there is a possibility to order a sample and then order the amount that is needed. Items without print can be returned 90 days after purchasing without reasoning.
