We are incredibly sorry to inform you that there has been a fire outbreak at our embroidery partner Broda in Romania. The last couple of updates that we have gathered dedicate that all the supplies have been destroyed during the fire. There were no people/employees at site during the fire, so we are relieved to inform you that there were no casualties during the outbreak.
 
As you could have probably guessed, the fire does have an impact on our services, especially on the short-term. We will be working incredibly hard in the upcoming days to have a clear picture ready for you on the impact, both on the orders that were placed already and Araco. Your account manager will keep you updated, when needed, on your ongoing orders. This way of communicating will also be used for the updates on our services.
 
Regarding new orders and requests, we will try to keep giving you the same services as before and our whole team will be there to help you. This also applies to orders that include embroidery. The yearly winterdeal that we have announced, will go through. Regarding the orders that include embroidery, please take a delivery time of 3-4 weeks into account. Please contact your account manager, when in need of faster delivery.
